Fulfillment
Our fulfillment process timeline is between 1 and 22 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day the order was placed.
Refunds
Customized products are non-refundable. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at team@prospectapparel.co.
Our products are printed on-order, custom made products. We do not offer size exchanges or returns on printed products.
Once production is begun on a product, we are unable to cancel an order.
