1. After you complete the purchase, our team will contact you within 48 hours and start working on developing your store. In your conversation with our team, you can provide your logo files, colors, or any other assets you wish to include on your store.
2. Once you are happy with the store design we will publish your store to the Prospect Apparel Company website and provide you with your own link so you can start generating sales.
All designs are to be exclusively printed by Prospect Apparel Company. By purchasing this virtual product, you give Prospect Apparel Company the right to sell your IP on the designs.
Design files and concepts are property of Prospect Apparel Company and can only be used on our products to ensure our quality is maintained. No files will be transferred in this transaction.
If you wish to have an additional product to sell on your store, you can visit our product catalog here and purchase an add on.

1. You, the owner of the store, will get specified commission (fees apply) for every sale generated by your store. The payout will be sent through PayPal. If a discount code has been applied at checkout by a customer, the discount amount will be deducted from the commission for that order.
2. PayPal and card processing fees (2.9%) apply on every sale.
3. You, the store owner, are responsible for any content provided by you to be printed on any of our products. Content that is hateful, illegal, and/or that violates intellectual property rights may be reviewed and removed at any time.
4. All designs are to be exclusively printed by Prospect Apparel Company. By purchasing designs from us, you agree to these terms, you give Prospect Apparel Company the right to sell your IP on the designs.
5. You, the customer, are not allowed to apply a discount code at checkout when purchasing a store bundle. Doing so will have our team send you an invoice to pay the discount amount and your store setup will be delayed until the invoice has been paid.
6. No refunds or returns accepted.

USA: 2-8 business days
UK: 2-8 business days
International: 5-20 business days
Our fulfillment process timeline is between 1 and 22 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day the order was placed.
Customized products are non-refundable. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
Our products are printed on-order, custom made products. We do not offer size exchanges or returns on printed products.
Once production is begun on a product, we are unable to cancel an order.
We offer our customers the opportunity to cancel their order within 12 hours after completing their order. To request a cancel to your order you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
